Good Buy Review by luckylogger6
Price Value Quality Prior to buying the Vistas I had a pair of $40 Bushnell’s. When out hunting with friends I was never the one spotting deer of turkeys or what ever we where after. The guys I hunt with all carry $350-700 binoculars and I don’t think they have anything on me in a hunting situation. Theirs might be a bit clearer or brighter but very slight, and with shipping and everything I spent about $150. Time will tell, but right now I love them. The only negative is the lens covers are cheesy; the ones on the large end will fall off when hanging so once in the field they come off. Overall I would recommend these as a good buy for anyone hunting with >$100 binoculars, you will be impressed. (Posted on 3/21/11)

nice binoculars Review by Ann Keatings
Quality Price Value Pros: very sharp, very inexpensive, bright. Easy to focus, the eyecup design is very comfortable to use. Light weight. I especially like the long eye relief (15mm)
Cons: None so far.
I have recommended this to my extended family members who are going to Alaska next summer with us. (Posted on 3/5/11) -
highly recommended Review by Jenny Douglas
Quality Price Value I bought this pair as an early Christmas gift for my husband. He has been hunting for many years, I always wanted to get a new pair of binoculars for him to replace his aging Steiner 6x30. It showed up at door step this morning. It is well constructed with a lot of bell and whistles. It does come with a very nice carrying case with zen-ray neckstrap. It is waterproof and rated fogproof. Focus is smooth and easy. The image is very clear and sharp. For less than $150, I cannot find a better deal any where else. I would have rated this binoculars 5 star if the objectives also comes with water repellent coating (well, it probably means more expensive, then). Anyway, highly recommend this pair for anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune for binoculars (Posted on 3/5/11)

good backup pair Review by Christy Cohen
Price Value Quality I sometimes lead a small group of birders for biring walk in our local club. I typically use 8x42 EL binoculars. Now I need to purchase a backup pair so I lend it out to some of new birders. I was surprised how good this binoculars is. I am very picky about the optics I use. The VISTA is not EL. But it is better than the monarch I have recently sold. The cost is about half of the monarch. I am going to order a pair of 8x42 soon so some beginner will a littler easier to hold it steady. -cc (Posted on 8/17/10)
