1. How do I place an order? Is it safe to shop online

Please shop online and place your order using our secure online shopping cart at any time. Your online security is our ultimate concern. All the transactions will be processed with SSL protection.  Further more, we do not store any of your credit card information in our system for your protection.  Because of our rigorous practice of PCI compliance, your online purchase with us is alway safe.

3. Do you require minimum order?

No. At Zen-Ray, we understand that all customers are different.  We do not place minimal order requirement.

4. When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is received. We have all of our products in stock and ready to ship.  For pre-order customers, you are also protected by 30-day lowest price guarantee.

5. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please email us (support@zen-ray.com) or call us (503-360-5352) if you wish to change your order before it is shipped. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to provide timely service for your request.

6. Do you send order confirmation email once I place the order?

Yes, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of your order when it is received, and again when it ships. If you create an online account with us, you can also log into your account at any time to view its status.

7. Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax. Enjoy the sales tax FREE shopping!

8. Do you offer pre-order for new products

Yes, we typically allocate limited quantities of new products for our customers to pre-order.

9. Where can I obtain a copy of my receipt/invoice if it is not in my email?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site and log in to your account. You can then view or print invoices from the "My Orders" section. If you did not create an account while ordering, email us with your order number, and we will send you a pdf copy of your invoice. We are unable to mail paper invoices.
