Return and Exchange

Returns

At Zen-Ray Optics, we stand behind the excellence of our service and the high quality of the products we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of placing the order.  If for any reason, you would like to return a product, please follow these instructions:

1. Email customer service support@zen-ray.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Write down the RMA number outside the return shipping box
3. Include within the return package all the materials originally shipped to you. Both product and packaging must be in original condition.
4. Please ship the returned product with postage prepaid using track-able shipping method. You need to insure the shipment for the value of the product for your protection.

If your product was damaged in transit or if there was an error in processing your order, please email support@zen-ray.com for return instructions.

Return policy on pre-ordered new products:

For pre-ordered products, our 30-day return period is extended for 30 days from the day when the product is delivered, which is also applicable to international orders

Return policy on purchases that include a free item:

Our return policy also applies to items for which you received a free product. Please note, however, that you must also return the free item in order to receive a full refund. If you do not do so, the value of the gift product will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned, and you will be refunded the difference. For refund purposes, the gift product will be valued at the price for which it was regularly sold on the date of your original purchase.

Return policy on shipping charge for orders with FREE Shipping Option:

We will fully refund your purchase price minus the $12 shipping service fee if your original order uses FREE shipping option.

Exchange Policy

At Zen-Ray, we have been working extremely hard to ensure every binocular is thoroughly inspected by our certified technicians before we ship it to you.  If you receive a defective product, we will closely work with you to solve the problem that you are experiencing, either through repair or exchange. For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for both ways. Please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your item to request service under this exchange policy - requests received after this period will be protected under our warranty policy. We reserve the right to offer a refund in place of exchange, if we deem it the best solution.
