Zen-Ray Optics has proudly served thousands of satisfied customers with high quality optics at affordable price. How do we do that? We have our own factory and sell directly to customers, eliminating the middle-man and pass the savings directly to you, our customers.

Shipping Information

We ship our fine optics products to US, Canada, Australia, Norway, and European Union member countries Addresses Only using Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge is automatically calculated during the checkout based on the weight of the product and the shipping address.

1. If your shipping and billing addresses are different, we might need to call you to verify the information before shipping to prevent fraud.
2. We ship our product within 2 days of receiving your payment.
3. For pre-order item, we will notify you when the item is available and ready to ship via the email address you provided.
4. Zen-Ray Optics ships products Monday-Saturday. We do not ship product on Sunday.

For Customers from outside US

Please be advised that there might be additional duty and/or tax and/or handling cost that are charged by your postal and custom authorities.  As an importer, you will be responsible for those potential charges. Those charges vary from country to country. Please check with your local custom authority to find out what charges might be applicable to your purchase.

Return Policy

If for any reason you would like to return a product, please follow these instructions:

1. Email customer service support@zen-ray.com to obtain Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Write down the RMA number outside the return shipping box
3. Include within the return package all the materials originally shipped to you. Both product and packaging must be in original condition.
4. Please ship the returned product with postage prepaid using trackable shipping method. You need to insure the shipment for the value of the product for your protection.

Return policy on purchases that include a free item:

Our return policy also applies to items for which you received a free product. Please note, however, that you must also return the free item in order to receive a full refund. If you do not do so, the value of the gift product will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned, and you will be refunded the difference. For refund purposes, the gift product will be valued at the price for which it was regularly sold on the date of your original purchase.

Return policy on shipping charge for orders with FREE Shipping Option:

We will fully refund your purchase price minus the $12 shipping service fee if your original order uses FREE shipping option.

 Exchange Policy

At Zen-Ray, we have been working extremely hard to ensure every binocular is thoroughly inspected by our certified technicians before we ship it to you. We are committed to satisfied customers. If you receive a defective product, we will closely work with you to solve the problem you are experiencing, either through repair or exchange. For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your item to request service under this exchange policy - requests received after this period will be protected under our warranty policy. We reserve the right to offer a refund in place of exchange, if we deem it the best solution.

Pricing

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter in our store, but several Web sites provide this service. Orders placed on zen-ray.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee

Zen-ray.com's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. If the price of a pre-order item decreases after you place a pre-order and 45 days after the item is shipped, we will automatically refund the difference. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.

Please note that our Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by zen-ray.com.

Price Matching

Zen-ray.com does not have a price-matching policy at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

List Prices

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single product or on large orders of many individual titles.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble. When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in Your Account.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, zen-ray.com's price will necessarily change on occasion.

With respect to items sold by zen-ray.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
