I must tell you, I've NEVER experienced such wonderful customer service! The post office did leave the package so I did not have to go directly to the Post Office. I ordered a pair of ZenRays talked about here so much. They were GREAT in Alaska. The suite we had provided binoculars but they were heavier and not as clear as these. Also, I went with Capt Davey in Sitka, he had a few pairs and we compared those to ZenRays and mine won out hands down. They are light, waterproof and crystal clear. I was very happy with the purchase and the way they performed. I often had them as well as my camera around my neck

I wanted to get a second pair of binoculars for our cruise this past May so we would not be fighting over one. While using this website to research other "stuff" I had read some posts about the Zen-Ray Summit binoculars so I splurged and boughte a pair. My partner thought I was crazy for spending $150 on a pair of binoculars, then turned around and kept hogging my CRAZY binoculars because they were so much better than hers (Bushnell). I do not know a thing about binoculars, and I used to think the Bushnell's we had were great, but now they are marked for our next garage sale.

I always enjoyed your posts on the subject of bino-stargazing. I got it for $160 with some freebie come with it, mainly for my bird watching hobby to gain extra 2x power. After being used to expensive euro binoculars, it was surprisingly refreshing to use some inexpensive alternative without sacrificing much of the quality.
